Forms can now be used to create surveys and view survey reports. This replaces our old legacy survey system in a much easier to use method.

You can create a Hosted Form with your desired survey questions using multiple elements such as drop-downs or radio button selections etc. Once the form is setup, you can share its link with people either by web or email to run your survey.
