Send & Track for Outlook and Google Chrome are two separate add-ins that you can download based on your system specification.

Google Chrome:

For Chrome browser, you can download Send & Track from here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lead-liaison-send-track-f/npgpneahblkaoamggkfoccgaklhpghnn

Outlook:

For Outlook, you'd need to download the plugin file from your Lead Liaison account by following these steps:

Login to Lead Liaison at https://app.leadliaison.com/login.php
Click Settings > Integrations > App Cloud
Search for Send & Track and click the Install button

Note:

- Send & Track is compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2010 to 2019 (32-bit and 64-bit versions)

- Send & Track is only compatible with Windows operating systems (it is not compatible with Macs as Outlook for Mac does not support add-ins)
