You can do this with the help of Shift Actions option available on the Rhythm > Prospects page.

For example, if an Action is schedule for the 10th and today is the 8th, you could shift the actions forward (accelerate) 2 days to make the actions apply today.

Similarly, you can delay actions using the same method as well.
