Can I send a thank you email to prospects that did not select documents without setting up 2 different emails?

To achieve this, you can streamline the process through a single email sent to all selected prospects by following these steps:

  1. Replace the "Action Doc. Request" in your capture form with "Actions (Submission)" This adjustment ensures that the setup email is sent to the targeted prospects.

  2. In the document request email template, incorporate a "Thank you" note just before the condition code for document submission, as illustrated below:

    3. If a prospect does not request documents, they will solely receive a thank-you email. However, if they choose to opt-in for the documents, they will receive not only a thank-you email but also the requested documents.

    4. To make sure the correct documents are sent, add the relevant document code by navigating to:
    ​Fields > Last Submission Data> All Documents and selecting the appropriate field associated with the requested document(s).
