  • Use cases: Usually in prospect segmentation based on their Job title, campaign status , geo location ... etc.

SFDC Campaign Actions:

  • Set of actions that can be performed on prospects based on their interaction with SFDC Campaigns.

  • Designed to automate marketing tasks based on prospect behavior within SFDC Campaigns.

  • Use cases: automatically adding prospects to SFDC Campaigns or changing their status within those campaigns
