Note: Prospect ownership changes according to the personnel who is scanning the lead, while using the "Web View" option will always reflect the event owner (the user who created the form/event) as the prospect owner.
In order to achieve this:
At the form level, a fulfillment action needs to set to "Send Email" and "Send from Prospect Owner"
Navigate to Captello homepage > Left Panel > Content > Email
Select the email you wish edit > Click on the left email body to open the editor section on the right side
Make sure to place the cursor at the bottom of the email before selecting "Fields"
At "Fields" select category "Owner fields" then you will have access to the information to add a signature
In this example, the signature consists of the owner’s first name, last name, company name, company address, and company email.
