The term "Draft Submissions" is concerned with the submissions or lead scans that are not yet uploaded to the webapp. They're mainly located in the local environment of the devices used for lead scanning. They're referred to as "On Hold", which is different from "Pending" submissions.
Pending submissions are those that have already been sent to the Capture portal but are still awaiting further processing or review. On-hold submissions are synonymous with Drafts.
Draft submissions are now editable, submittable, and relocatable directly from the webapp.
The only way to identify which device originally held these drafts:
The only way to relocate or remove draft submissions is through the devices themselves. In order to identify which device is holding these drafts:
From Captello homepage > Left panel > Events > Capture
Click on the number of "Draft Submissions"
On "Draft Submissions" you'd be able to see the device ID and the lead owner name for each submission.
Instruct the lead owner to log in to the Captello app main page, navigate to the event and click on the upload icon located on the top right side of the screen, but this step is now optional since actions can be completed from the web
Note: If the on-hold submissions are lost from the devices (such as when someone logs out), they cannot be deleted from the web app. This feature ensures no data gets lost, even when someone loses the on-hold leads on their phones.
