Amongst our 11 ways of capturing leads, having an attendee list attached to your capture form is one of the easiest ways to capture leads. It allows you to look up leads on the list using their names and quickly fill in their contact details into the form.
To upload an attendee list to a capture form, follow the steps below:
Uploading the List
- Navigate to 'Prospects' > 'All Prospects'
- Click on the 'Options' drop-down button and select 'Import'
- Drag and Drop a spreadsheet or click the 'Upload' button to select a file.
- Make sure that all needed fields are mapped.
- Preview and click 'Next'
- Click on 'Create New List' or select a list if you have already created one.
- Save the new list.
- Click 'Next'
- Run the import.
Congratulations! Your list is now ready to be used in a capture form!
Using The List in a Capture Form
- From your capture form properties, scroll down to 'List' and select your list from the drop-down.
- Save your form.
- On the mobile app, click on the list icon inside the capture form.
- Alternatively, from the home screen, tap the event, and tap 'List'
- Tap a lead to fill the form with their details.
