Overview:
Activation forms are capture forms specifically designed for use with a digital activation.
Activation forms are linked to activation licenses on a one-to-one basis. While they can include the same elements as a standard form, they are exclusive to activations. They do not appear on the mobile app in the same way as other forms and cannot be submitted in web-view mode unless launched with an activation.
Here’s how to create an activation form:
1. Navigate to Events > Capture, click on ‘New’ and select ‘Activation’, as shown:
2. Once your form is created, you can now link your digital activation with your form.
Navigate to ‘Events > Activations’ and click on ‘New’ and select your activation form.
This ensures that the information collected is linked to the specific activation.
