To access a B2B Lead Card, head to Reports >> Lead Details where your list of B2B leads will be populated. In the LeadId column on the displayed leads, click the View Lead Card icon.

Once your Lead Card is open, you will be able to see the company information, contact information, and visit details collected on that lead.

To access a B2C Lead Card, head to Reports >> Lead Details where your list of B2C leads will be populated. In the LeadId column on the displayed leads, click the View Lead Card icon.

Once your Lead Card is open, you will be able to see the contact information, visit details, and demographic information collected on that lead.

If you come across an issue with the details of a lead, perhaps an incorrect email associated with a known visitor or an incorrect mailing address, we provide the option to flag the lead in question and submit feedback to our data team. That feedback will be reviewed and logged so that we can continue to improve our data quality for our customers.

You are able to flag a lead in two locations, in your Lead Details Report or inside the Lead Card itself.
