Managing your campaigns efficiently in Leadseeder involves understanding the different status tabs: Active, Paused, Draft, and Archived. Here's a detailed guide on each status and how to navigate them.

Active Campaigns

  • Single Active Campaign: Only one campaign can be active at any time. This is the campaign that is currently running and engaging with your prospects.

  • Importing Prospects: If a campaign is started on a list where importing is still taking place, the campaign will only run on the prospects imported at the time of initiation. New prospects added later will not be included.

Paused Campaigns

  • Pausing: You can pause an active campaign at any time, which will move it to the Paused tab.

  • Resuming or Archiving: Paused campaigns can be resumed or moved to the Archived tab based on your requirements.

Draft Campaigns

  • Creating Drafts: While setting up a campaign, you can save it as a draft for future use. This is useful for planning and preparing campaigns in advance.

Archived Campaigns

  • No Updates: Once a campaign is moved to the Archived tab, no further details will be updated. This is a static record of past campaigns.

  • Deletion: You have the option to delete campaigns from the Archived tab if they are no longer needed.

Practical Tips for Campaign Management

  1. Plan Ahead: Use the Draft feature to create and refine campaigns before launching.

  2. Monitor Imports: Ensure all prospects are imported before starting a campaign to avoid missing out on new prospects.

By understanding these functionalities, you can better manage your campaigns and optimize your lead generation efforts on LinkedIn using Leadseeder.
