All the Assist Messages along with their related settings can be exported from Lean Library in two formats: .csv and .xlsx.
When you like to make changes on mulitple Assist Messages, exporting the Assist Messages in an Excel file will be the most efficient way to do so.
How to do it?
To export messages, please follow the steps below:
In the Lean Library Dashboard, click Assist Messages
Click on the Export button, select the format you want to export (CSV or XLSX)
Make changes on the spreadsheet and save the file
Now click the Upload button, and select to upload the file
