Library Onboarding tool is a very useful tool to provide the required support for your users in specific locations.
As librarians, it is our responsibility to provide the required guidelines/tutorials to our users in order to successfully find the eResource on certain publisher websites, provide answers to frequently asked questions with easy access or provide direct access to the library's service desk.
With Lean Library Onboarding, we have made sure to combine all these services into one tool which you can provide in specific locations to support your users. Furthermore, it is very important to get user's feedback regarding certain publishers, services, etc. This is also possible now with the onboarding tool along with all the other amazing features.
