Library users have to navigate to the library's help center and find out the FAQ section if they have a common question related to any academic website. With the use of our Library Onboarding FAQ feature, you can provide direct links to your FAQs on location rather than expecting the users to find out themselves. As the first step of setting up the FAQ tool, You need to add the Asset you would like to assign with FAQ content. Please click here to see how to create an Asset in the dashboard.
Once you have successfully created the Asset, the next step is to add your FAQ content which you would like to present on the location. Please see the below video for more info
Now that you have both the content and the Asset added to the dashboard, it is only a matter of combining these together in order to successfully set up the FAQ tool. Please see the below video to see how you can combine these two.
