Learn which additional search databases you can integrate with Lean Library Futures

The Additional Library Search feature is a simple and convenient tool to bring additional search results from your library into your patrons' workflow. Read here if you want to understand more.

We can integrate many discovery databases and content providers with this feature, as listed below. Once successfully integrated, you can inject your additional search results into your patron's Google and Google Scholar searches.


How do I set it up?

You can connect two types of databases with this feature: your library's discovery layers or other content databases.

Discovery Layer Integrations

Please see the currently supported platforms and the information we require to integrate with them:

  • TDNet

    • API key

  • EBSCO EDS

    • Client name (University name)

    • EDS ID

  • Exlibris Primo

  • OCLC WorldCat - Please contact the Lean Library support team for additional information.

    • OCLC WorldCat Discover API
