Download & install the app “Lean PlanDo Insights” to get real-time insights on your construction projects. The app is available for download for both Android and iOS users.

Once you register at app.leanplando.com, the same credentials can be used to login into the mobile app.
After logging in, select from the list of projects to view the insights corresponding to that particular project.
The insights mobile app gives access to several insights, some of them are shown in below images.
The project status and weekly progress widgets are shown above.
The above image shows two widgets, namely the workable backlog widget and the weekly commitments and reliability widget. They provide information on project site readiness, plan reliability and weekly performance based on commitments.
The activity profile widgets based on start date lets you know how many activities were started as per the original plan based on base start dates and how many got delayed on a weekly basis. The same is shown based on activity duration as well.
