Create project by manually adding activities in your project
Step 1: Create a Project
After logging in click on the Create New button
Fill in all the details of the project
Click on Create
Step 2: Create Activities
Once you click on create project you will see the below screen.
Now click on Skip this step to start creating activities from scratch.
You will get an empty Masterplan with one Parent activity and one Leaf activity under it, to get you started.

Note:
A parent activity's duration will change accordingly to the latest duration of its child activities.
For a newly registered user who hasn't purchased a commercial license of Lean PlanDo, the project will expire in 14 days. Users will be able to access all features for the first 14 days after creating the project. Once the project expires, only Lean PlanDo Insights will be available.
