Masterplan is the framework which organises and controls the execution of the project. It is the combination of project planning and project scheduling.

In Lean PlanDo, the Masterplan is shown as a Gantt chart (refer image below), displaying the activities with their dependencies. The table to the left shows the activity names along with their progress, duration, start and finish dates. In Masterplan the plan can be updated by adding new child activities under existing activities, editing dates and duration of activities, assigning user and company in-charge, adding constraints, adding and editing activity dependencies.
