There are two types of menu for an Activity: Detailed View and Mini Widget. (This applies to tasks and constraints as well)
To access the Detailed View of an activity, double-click on the activity bar in the Gantt chart.
The features available for an activity are shown on the left side of the Detailed View. Move the cursor over the icons for their descriptions.

Overview: Shows information such as base start/end dates, duration of the activity and number of float days the activity has.
Tasks List: Tasks under the activity will be shown here. Enable/disable Task Prefix here as well.
Dependency List: Predecessor/Successor activities of the activity will be shown here. Addition of a new dependency can also be done here.
Comments: Display/Add comments for the activity here.
Attachments: Display/Add attachments to the activity here.
Constraints List: Constraints associated to the activity will be shown here. You can also add a new constraint from here.
To access the Mini Widget of an activity, single click on the activity bar in the Gantt Chart.
