Uncommitting a task is rejecting the task for the current week. In a situation where work cannot be carried out for the task, we can uncommit it from the Do List. Tasks with progress entered cannot be uncommitted.
There are 3 ways to uncommit tasks from Do list.
1. Uncommit a task in Lookahead option:
Click on the task bar in the Gantt chart
Click View all details
(OR)
Double-click on the task bar and disable the commit button on the top right corner of the task menu
You can also uncommit a committed task in the Lookahead, using the same steps mentioned above.
Keep in mind that tasks in progress cannot be uncommitted.
