6.4.4 Work Delays

Get access to all the work (activity) delays in your project along with the reasons for the delay

As the name suggests, this widget provides detailed information on all work delays that are recorded in the project. The activity name along with number of days delayed, who delayed it, when was it delayed, the reason for the delay and the responsible company for the delay are all shown here. Refer image below

Users from the Client company are allowed to edit the reason for delay and the responsible party associated with the delay as well as comment on the delay. Any changes made on the delay are saved as a history which can be accessed from insights at any point of time.
To change the reason of a delay or to comment on it, just click on the activity or task name. A pop-up window having the options to edit and comment on the delay are provided. Refer image below:

Above image shows the delay details. The drop-down allows users to select any other reason and responsible party for the delay.

The above image allows users to comment on the delay and also see comments by other users on the selected delay.
