The different User Roles and their access rights for Lean PlanDo Project are shown in the table below. 

Below are the different roles a user can have inside a project based on the company he / she belongs to.

Client:

Project Manager (PM)

Higher Management (HM)

Management (M)

Planner (P)

Project Engineer/Coordinator (PE/CO)
Site Supervisor (SS)

Consultants:

PM SO Rep/Consultant (PM/SO)

Architect/ Engineer (AR/E)
RE/RTO
Principal Lean Consultant (PLC)

Main Contractor:

Project Director (PD)
Project Manager (PM)
Construction, Manager/Site Manager (CM/SM)

Planner (P)
Project Engineer/Coordinator (PE/CO)
Site Supervisor (SS)


Sub Contractor:

Project Manager (PM)

The table below shows the rights each role has over different features in Lean PlanDo. The different features are listed in the left side column named "Features" and the different roles are listed on top of the table. 

To know what rights the Main Contractor Project Manager (PM) has, follow the PM column on top in Main Contractor section in the image below. You will see that all the features are marked with a Y, indicating that this role as access to all the features in Lean PlanDo. Similarly, for the Site Supervisor role, you can see that some features like Create Activity, Edit Activity are marked as N, indicating that those features are restricted for a user having the Site Supervisor role.
