If there is an issue in the site or you want to show the progress made on a particular work in the site, just take a photo and attach it to the relevant task using the Lean PlanDo Site app. It is instant and managers sitting at the desk in the office can immediately verify the same and comment on it using the Lean PlanDo web app.
Just go to the task to which you would like to attach an image and click on the "Add Attachment" button as shown below.
Once you click on the button, an option to chose from the Gallery or use Camera to take a picture will be shown. Check image below.
After adding the image, it will be shown in the attachment tab of the task, as shown below.
