Masterplan is the framework which organizes and controls the execution of the project. It is the combination of project planning and project scheduling. To learn more about what Masterplan alone is used for in Lean PlanDo, please click here. In this series of articles, we will be focusing on Masterplan + BIM integration.

Masterplan + BIM view provides us the overall plan of the project with activities and BIM model together. Refer to the picture below for an overview of the features and functions available in Masterplan  + BIM:

Note: Planning in terms of adding activities, scheduling and sequencing, are not available in Masterplan + BIM. Please go to Workflow tab in the side menu for such purposes.
