In LPD + BIM, you will be able to load any of the files that are uploaded into your BIM360 account, that has been linked to your Lean PlanDo account. Loading these files can be done via Models, which can be found at the top tool bar. (see pic below)

When you click Models, a window with folders from your BIM360 account will pop up. From this, you will be able to navigate and select your desired BIM model to load into LPD + BIM. 

If you already have a model loaded, you can still select another model in case you loaded the wrong model, or you want to upload a different model.
