In the Lookahead + BIM, there are four different types of filters that you can apply, to help you with planning, monitoring and tracking the project. These are:

In the Status filter, you will be able to isolate the critical works (both activities and tasks) in the lookahead. To do so, simply check on the 'Critical Works' box and click Apply. If there are any elements mapped to these critical works, such elements will also be shown in the BIM model.

In the Period filter, you can choose to view only today's works, works in the specific week or a range of weeks.

Check Today box to view only today's works.

In the Week selection drop down, choose the specific week that you want to view to show the works in that week only.

You can also view only the works in a range of weeks by clicking 'Add Range', and choose the start and end weeks of your preferred range.

Of course, in all these filters, if any element is linked to one of the works, such elements will be shown in the BIM model.

In the Company filter, you will be able to choose any main contractor or sub contractor company to view the works that are assigned to your chosen company only. BIM elements that are mapped to these works will also be shown.

Similar to the Company filter, Assigned User filter allows you to view the works and elements that are mapped to the works, but those assigned to specific users. Select your preferred user in the drop down and click Apply to do so.
