If you don't want to utilize the existing forms from the library, you will be able to create a new form from scratch using our Form Builder.
To create a new form, click on Blank Form under the Project Forms tab.
Fill in the particulars as required and choose the appropriate category of your form.
Click Create after filling in the details.
Customize Your Form
On the left you have access to form customization widgets for all the contents required for your form.
Sections - add multiple sections to segregate the distinct parts of your form
Input - choose from Short text, Long text or Table field
Select - choose from Single choice, multiple choice, Dropdown, Date picker and File upload
Form - add a signature filed to your form for digitally signing directly on the form (e-signature)
When the form customization is done, click Save at the top right corner.
You can also publish the form. Once published, this form can be used to initiate a workflow.
