For every project form, a workflow can be created to establish how the form will be executed among the project team members. Workflows such as submission, verification, replying with comments and approval can be done directly in Lean PlanDo Flow digitally.

Here's how you can create a workflow.

After the creation of the form, click on the View Flow on the left side.

A workflow builder will open. Here, you will be able to add multiple steps for this form, specify the properties of each step and establish the outcomes. Each outcome can lead to any of the step in the workflow.

For each step, multiple actions can be assigned. Each action will lead to a certain destination and show a particular status as specified.

You can also change the Maximum Processing Time (MPT) of each step to make sure your workflow is executed on-time by various parties:

Once the workflow is established, click Save on the top right corner.

These are the basic steps on how to create a workflow. For the best practices you should follow to have a successful and functioning workflow, read the article here.
