Strong passwords help prevent unauthorized people from accessing project schedules, files, forms, and other resources, and should be difficult to guess or crack.
The recommendation to set up a good password:
Is at least twelve characters long
Doesn't contain your username, real name, company name, email itself or your phone number or other commonly used passwords
Is not the same as the last 3 used passwords
Contains at least two of the following:
Upper case (A - Z)
Lower case (a – z)
Digits (0-9)
Special Characters (!,$,#,%,etc.)
Example of a strong password: cLrXq68!pynE*.
