Strong passwords help prevent unauthorized people from accessing project schedules, files, forms, and other resources, and should be difficult to guess or crack.

The recommendation to set up a good password:

  • Is at least twelve characters long

  • Doesn't contain your username, real name, company name, email itself or your phone number or other commonly used passwords

  • Is not the same as the last 3 used passwords

  • Contains at least two of the following:

  1. Upper case (A - Z)

  2. Lower case (a – z)

  3. Digits (0-9)

  4. Special Characters (!,$,#,%,etc.)

Example of a strong password: cLrXq68!pynE*.

Please do not share your password with anyone else.
