The different User Roles and their access rights for Lean PlanDo Flow are shown in the table below.

Below are the different roles a user can have inside a Flow based on the company he / she belongs to.

Main Contractor:

  • Construction Team

  1. Project Director (PD)

  2. Project Manager (PM)

  3. Construction, Manager/Site Manager (CM/SM)

  4. Planner (PL)

  5. Engineer/Coordinator (PE/CO)

  6. Site Supervisor (SS)

  • Safety Team

  1. Safety Manager (SM)

  2. Safety Coordinator (SC)

  3. Risk Management Facilitator (RMF)

  • Quality Team

  1. QA/QC Manager (QA/ QC Mr)

  2. QA/QC Engineer (QA/ QC Er)

Sub-Contractor:

  1. Project Manager (PM) / Lean Engineer (LE)

Client:

  1. Project Manager (PM)

  2. Higher Management Level (HML)

  3. Planner (PL)

  4. Engineer /Coordinator (E/C)

  5. Supervisor

Consultants:

  1. Supervisory Officer Representative (SO)

  2. Architect/ Engineer (AR/ER)

  3. RE/RTO

The table below shows the rights each role has over different features in Lean PlanDo Flow. The different access types across different modules of flow are listed in the Right-side column named "Access" and the different roles are listed on left side of the table.

To know what rights the Main Contractor Project Manager (PM) has across different modules & different features, follow the PM column on the left in Main Contractor section in the image below. You will see that all the modules / features / access types marked with a Y &V indicating that this role has access to all the features in Lean PlanDo Flow. Similarly, for the Site Supervisor role (SS), you can see that some features like Create Project Forms, Edit Project Forms, start workflow, Schedule workflow are marked as N, indicating that those features are restricted for a user having the Site Supervisor role.
