Strong passwords help prevent unauthorized people from accessing project schedules, files, forms, and other resources, and should be difficult to guess or crack.
Lean PlanDo follows a strong standard of Password security level.
Your password must:
be a minimum of 12 characters
Contains at least two of the following:
Upper case (A - Z)
Lower case (a – z)
Digits (0-9)
Special Characters (!,$,#,%,etc.)
not contain your username, real name, company name, email itself or your phone number or other commonly used passwords
not be the same as the last 3 used passwords
Example of a strong password: cLrXq68!pynE*.
To reset your password, simply follow the following steps:
Go to app.leanplando.com
Click on "Forgot Password?"
Enter your email address that you have signed up for Lean PlanDo with and click "Request OTP".
An OTP (One Time Password) shall be sent to the above email address.
Enter the OTP and the new password, which adheres to the mentioned categories.
Please note that the OTP will expire after 5 minutes.
After expiry, you can request for a new one by clicking on "Resend OTP".
Click on "Change Password" to reset the password.
Congratulations! You may now login to Lean PlanDo (app.leanplando.com) with your better and secure new password.
