What if my internet fails during a session?

What to do if a tech issue interrupts your session.

A stable internet connection is required to participate in Leap sessions, since they include both audio and video.

If something goes wrong during your session:

  • πŸ”„ Try reconnecting right away

  • πŸ—“οΈ If the problem continues, you can reschedule your session

  • πŸ™‹ Our support team member will reach out or help if the issue is reported

You won’t lose your session. You’ll always have a chance to make it up.
