What should I do if I have technical issues during a session?

If you experience any technical issues during your session, try these quick fixes first:

  • ๐Ÿ“ถ Check your internet connection to make sure itโ€™s stable

  • ๐ŸŽฅ Verify your camera and microphone permissions are enabled and working properly

If the issue continues, please contact our support team right away. When you do, itโ€™s very helpful to include:

  • ๐Ÿ“ A short description of what happened

  • ๐Ÿ“ธ A screenshot of any error message or unusual screen

  • ๐ŸŽฅ A brief Loom video (if possible) showing the issue

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Details about your device, browser, and internet connection
