What should I do if I have technical issues during a session?

Guidance on troubleshooting and what to send to support.

If you experience any technical issues during your session, the first thing to try is refreshing your browser or restarting it completely.

Check that your internet connection is stable, and make sure your camera and microphone are both allowed and working properly.

If the issue continues, please reach out to our support team. When you do, it’s super helpful if you can include:

  • 📝 A clear description of what happened

  • 📸 A screenshot of any error messages you saw

  • 🎥 A short Loom video if you’re able to record one, showing the problem

  • 💻 Details about your device, browser, and internet connection

This helps us solve the issue faster and make sure it doesn’t happen again. If the session was interrupted and couldn’t continue, we’ll make sure you can reschedule it.
