✅ Device and browser: Leap works on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices — no app required. Make sure you’re using a supported browser (we recommend Google Chrome) and that it’s up to date.
🔐 Account and schedule: Confirm that you’re logged into the correct Leap account and joining at the time shown in your schedule.
📶 Internet connection: A weak or unstable connection can prevent the platform from loading properly. Try refreshing your browser or reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
If everything seems fine but you still can’t access your session, contact our support team right away.
