Access student profiles to review lessons, track goals, monitor progress, and view AI-generated reports.

Opening a Student Profile

  • From the Students page, click on a student’s card.

  • This opens their profile with all details in one place.


What You’ll See

  1. Profile Overview – Academic ages, interests, special needs, and notes.

  2. Lesson History – List of completed and upcoming lessons.

  3. Performance Data – Progress against goals, strengths, and challenges.

  4. Learning Goals – Current plans with subject-specific outcomes.

  5. AI Reports – Summaries based on lesson activity and feedback.


Navigating Reports

  • Use the Performance Tab to view learning goals, assessments, and gap analysis.

  • Reports update automatically as feedback is given.

  • These can be shared with parents or kept for your own teaching records.
