Rental Growth

This chart shows the number of listings each month that had at least one booking. Fluctuations in the monthly number of listings are a reflection of the supply changing throughout the year. In many markets, the total number of active properties varies depending on the time of year, with more properties being active during peak seasons.

Steady and persistent listing growth in a market is often an indication of a healthy market where strong revenue opportunity continues to attract new investors. Listing growth that is tapering off or declining is often an indicator that the market may be getting saturated or regulation is putting a damper on listing growth.
