The LearnCoach platform is home to thousands of videos, past exam questions, and quizzes - so getting started can be overwhelming! Here's our three-step process to kick start your study.
1. Check your dashboard has all your subjects
This was probably taken care of when you registered your account - but if anything is missing, you can add new subjects by pressing the 'Edit' button at the top right of the subjects.
Once you are ready, click the subject you want to study.
2. Choose a standard and topic
After selecting a subject, decide on a standard to study, and then select a topic to study.
3. Pick an activity to work on through
Choose an exam question to practice and click start question. There are several ways you can engage with an exam question:
Watch a tutor: Watch a tutor work through an exam question. See how they break down the question, cover the required knowledge, and construct an answer.
Solve step by step: Don't get stuck on a big question. Work through it step-by-step - breaking the problem down into bite-sized pieces that show you how to construct a great answer.
Trying yourself: Give exam questions a go yourself. The moment you submit, you get instant line-by-line feedback mapped straight to the marking schedule.
Not ready for exam questions? Try some revision
Watch videos: Teaching videos that go through everything you need to know on the topic.
Recaps: Recap notes that show you exactly what you need to know, and quizzes to check that you know the content.
Tutoring sessions: Guided sessions teaching you a topic from the ground up. You will work through a combination of teaching videos, notes, quizzes, and finally exam questions.
