To turn off auto renew:
Log into your LearnCoach account (if you are a parent, ask your child to log in to their account)
Head to the “My Account” page
Scroll down to the section "Current Plan"
Under the section "Auto renew", click the toggle to turn it off
Once auto renew has been turned off, it will appear like this:
Your auto renew has now officially been turned off.
Note: Turning off auto renew only applies to those who have completed their minimum 12-month subscription.
