Most issues with videos not playing, content not appearing or sound issues can be fixed by trying the following troubleshooting tips:

Videos not playing, content not appearing (desktop or mobile)

It is usually a firewall issue causing this.

Try turning off the wifi on your computer and then logging back in and loading a video.

Generally in these situations there is a firewall set up on your network that is blocking your video software from playing on the page.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do about it on our end.

You would have to connect to a different network or try using a VPN to bypass the firewall in order to make this work from your location. Sometimes we find this happens at schools due to their network settings.

It could also occur if you have some other extension/setting on your browser stopping the video software from creating cookies.

Sometimes extensions you install on your browser can stop the videos from playing (like ad blockers can be bad for this). So try disabling any extensions you have and see if the video plays.
If it works, try turning each one back on one by one to work out which one is blocking the videos from playing.

If you are trying to use LearnCoach on multiple devices, log out of all of them and then log back in on one of them. You can only be logged in on one device at a time.
