Self-troubleshooting

Problem: Videos not playing, content not appearing

  1. Check the WiFi is working: Sometimes the issue is being caused by the WiFi cutting out. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the WiFi to see if this fixes the problem.

  2. Check the WiFi speed: Run a speed test on your WiFi or try and load a different site. If your internet is slow this could be stopping, you streaming content.

  3. Check your extensions: Certain ad blockers will think LearnCoach videos are pop-ups. Try turning off the extensions and seeing if the content loads or video will play.

Problem: Multiple device message

  1. Log out of other devices: LearnCoach can only be used on one device at a time, and you will get this message if LearnCoach is being used on many devices. Check that you account isn't logged in to more than one device and this should fix the issue.
