What has changed?
We have updated our platform to make managing catch up learning and assessment as simple as possible. To maintain our offering, we have also introduced three pricing plans: Free, Basic and Premium. More details on the plans can be found at my.learncoach.com/teacher-plans.
Where are my classes?
It is important to know that your classes have been transitioned to the new platform, but they will be locked until you start a 30-day Basic plan trial.
How to regain access to your classes:
Click on My Classes
Click 'Start trial' and start an obligation-free 30-day Basic plan trial
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You will automatically go back to the Free plan, however, you can reach out to our team before your 30 days end at teachers@learncoach.com to talk about extending your access.
This trial will not automatically charge you at the end, so don't worry about any unexpected invoices.
