How does recording and summarizing digital conversations work?

With Learned, you can automatically transcribe and summarize digital 1:1 meetings and reviews when they take place via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. This ensures you always have a clear overview of what was discussed.

Settings & requirements

Transcription and summarization within digital conversations are available when the following conditions are met:

  • AI options are enabled within your organization

  • The meeting is created in Learned as a digital 1:1 or review

  • Your calendar has been reconnected via a calendar integration

    • When reconnecting your calendar, make sure to grant the required permissions.

  • The meeting takes place via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams on the chosen time and date.

Noteโ—๏ธWe use the transcript from Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. The transcript language is therefore determined by the settings of these tools.

After the digital conversation

After the meeting ends, the transcript and summary will automatically appear in Learned. It may take a few minutes before they become visible.

Once you publish the summary, it becomes visible to all meeting participants.

Not satisfied with the summary? You can easily regenerate it using the regenerate button.
