When we update our application, your browser may still use old files. If you don’t clear your cache, you may see old forms. Old files can cause display or access problems when you apply online.
How to clear your cache:
This is different per Internet browser.
Google Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer, select the Favorites button.
Select the History tab, and choose how you want to view your history by selecting a filter from the menu. To delete specific sites, right-select a site from any of these lists and then select Delete. Or, return to a page by selecting any site in the list.

Safari
• Open Safari en navigeer naar de menubalk
• Klik hier op 'Safari'
• Selecteer 'Voorkeuren'
• Open het tabblad 'Geavanceerd'
• Vink de optie 'Toon Ontwikkel-menu in menubalk' aan
Wanneer het ontwikkel-menu is geactiveerd kun je hierop klikken en vervolgens op de optie ‘Leeg caches’ te klikken om de cache te legen. Om dit proces nog sneller uit te voeren volstaat het om de toetscombinatie option⌥ + cmd⌘ + E uit te voeren, de cache wordt dan onmiddellijk gewist.

Firefox
Clear the cache
Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
Select the Privacy & Security panel.
In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.For more information about managing site data, see Manage local site storage settings.
With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
