Import teams

Manually

Go to your profile photo (bottom left) - Teams - Options (top right) - Import teams. This retrieves teams that are in the personnel administration system but not yet in Learned. As soon as you press Confirm, the teams will be added to Learned.

Note: Only the names of the teams are imported. The supervisor and the members of the teams are added by synchronizing the members.

Automatically

After you have done a manual synchronisation of the teams and are sure that the integration works properly, you can set the synchronisation to 'Automatic'. New teams in your personnel administration system are automatically added to Learned every day. The automatic synchronisation occurs once a day and is set to (UTC +0) 22:00 for teams, 22:20 for roles and 22:40 for users.

Synchronising teams

Manually

Go to your profile photo (bottom left) - Teams - Options (top right) - Synchronise teams. Retrieves teams that have been renamed in the personnel administration system but not yet modified in Learned. As soon as you press Confirm, the names of the teams will be adapted to Learned

Automatically

After you have done a manual synchronisation of the teams and are sure that the integration works properly, you can set the synchronisation to 'Automatic'. Name changes in your personnel administration system are automatically processed in Learned. The automatic synchronisation occurs once a day and is set to (UTC +0) 22:00 for teams, 22:20 for roles and 22:40 for users.

Deleting teams

Manually

Go to your profile photo (bottom left) - Teams - Options (top right) - Clean up teams. This marks teams that have been deleted in your HR system but still exist in Learned for deletion. As soon as you press confirm, the teams will also be removed from Learned. Only the team structures are removed. The profiles of the members of the teams are not deleted.

Automatically

After you have done a manual cleanup of the teams and are sure that the integration works properly, you can set the cleanup to 'Automatic'. Teams that you delete in your personnel administration system are automatically removed from Learned. The automatic synchronisation takes place once a day and is set to (UTC +0) 22:00 for teams, 22:20 for roles and 22:40 for users. Only the team structures are removed. The profiles of the members of the teams are not deleted.

FAQ

Can I also sync a manually created team?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. You can solve this differently. Go through the following steps:

  • Import the team through the integration.

  • Delete the manually created team. This only removes the team structure. Not the members.

  • Then sync the members via the integration.

  • The members are automatically added to the imported team.

I want to create a team that does not exist in my HR system

  • If you import all teams from your integration but you also want to work with separate teams for Learned, you can do this by manually creating teams.

  • These teams are not affected by the sync.
