The Kids A-Z app requires access to the microphone. You may need to adjust the microphone privacy settings in the app.
Apple Mobile Devices:
Open Settings.
Go to your apps.
Select Kids A-Z.
Toggle the slider for the microphone to the on position.
Android Mobile Devices:
Open Settings.
Select Apps.
Select Kids A-Z.
Tap Permissions.
Toggle the slider for the microphone to the on position.
