How to change your payment date
Log in to your Raylo account
Open the messenger
On web: Tap the chat icon
On app: Go to the Help section
Scroll to and tap Change Payment Date
Fill in the short form and hit Create ticket
We’ll make the change within 2 working days and send you a confirmation email once it’s done.
Note: If your new date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, we’ll take the payment the next working day (never earlier).

Yes, but if your next payment is due in 7 days or less, the new date will apply from the following month instead.
