Want to update when your payment comes out? Here’s how to change it and what to know

How to change your payment date

  1. Log in to your Raylo account

  2. Open the messenger

    1. On web: Tap the chat icon

    2. On app: Go to the Help section

  3. Scroll to and tap Change Payment Date

  4. Fill in the short form and hit Create ticket

We’ll make the change within 2 working days and send you a confirmation email once it’s done.

Note: If your new date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, we’ll take the payment the next working day (never earlier).


FAQs

How will I know when my payment date has been changed?

We’ll email you as soon as your payment date has been changed.

Can I change the date close to a payment date?

Yes, but if your next payment is due in 7 days or less, the new date will apply from the following month instead.
