How to change your payment date
Log in to your Raylo account
On web, go to Your Tech. On the app, tap the Home tab
Choose the subscription you want to update
Expand the Direct Debit section
Tap Change payment date
Pick your new date and follow the steps
That’s it. The change will show in your account after a few minutes.

Yes, but changes won’t apply to your next payment if it’s due in the next 5 working days. They’ll kick in from the one after.
