Need to change the bank account your Direct Debit comes from? Here’s how to do it and what to know

How to update your bank details

  1. Log in to your Raylo account

  2. Open the messenger

    1. On web: Tap the chat icon

    2. On app: Go to the Help section

  3. Scroll to and tap Update bank details

  4. Fill in the short form and hit Create ticket

We’ll update your details within 2 working days and send you a confirmation email once it’s done.

How will I know when my bank details have been updated?

We’ll email you as soon as your new payment details are confirmed.

Can I update my bank details close to a payment date?

Yes, but to avoid any issues, please update them at least 10 days before your payment is due.

How do I reinstate my Direct Debit?

To get your Direct Debit back up and running, just start a chat with our team and select: Payments > Reinstate Direct Debit
