How to update your contact details

Need to change your name, email, phone number or address? Here’s how to do it

How to update your details

  1. Log in to your Raylo account

  2. Open the messenger

    1. On web: Tap the chat icon

    2. On app: Go to the Help section

  3. Tap Ask a question

  4. Tell us what contact details you want to update

  5. Fill in the short ticket and hit Create ticket

We’ll update your details within 2 working days and send you a confirmation email once it’s done.

Important: The details on your account must be your own. For security and compliance reasons, we can’t accept third-party details (like a partner, friend, or family member).
