Note: We’ll also automatically retry the Direct Debit 4 working days after the first attempt.
How to make a payment

Go to Your Tech
Tap on the device with the missed payment
Hit Pay now and follow the steps to complete your payment
What happens if you miss a payment
We’ll contact you by email, text or phone to help you get sorted.
A late payment fee of up to £29 may be added to your account.
If payment still isn’t made:
Your device may be blocked
Your missed payment may be reported to credit agencies
You might not be able to lease more tech from Raylo
Your account may be referred to a debt collection agency

We share your account and payment history with the credit reference agencies. This helps build your credit file and keeps a clear record of how your account is managed.
If you miss a payment, don’t panic – as long as it’s made within 14 days of the due date, it won’t be reported as late.
