Disclaimer: This integration currently supports rewards, giftcards and prepaid. Support for vouchers is not yet available, but may be added in the future.
Integrating
Contact integrations@tevalis.com and formally request the integration.
Specify whether you want to use the integration for loyalty, gift cards or both. Contact Tevalis as early as possible, as it may take several business days to receive a response.
In the Leat dashboard, go to Apps → Integrations.
Open Marketplace, search for Tevalis and select the integration.
Click Install in the upper-right corner.
Once the integration has been installed, open the Cash registers tab.
Click Create to add your first register.
Enter the following information:
Name
Terminal ID
Business profile
Click Create. A personal access token will appear.
Copy the personal access token and store it securely before closing the window. The token is shown only once and cannot be viewed again later.
Create a separate register for each location. Each location requires its own personal access token.
If you use gift cards, go to Store → Gift cards → Settings and copy the Internal value UUID. This is your gift-card UUID.
Securely provide the following information to the Tevalis integrations team when requested:
The personal access token for each register
The gift-card UUID, if you use gift cards
Configuring Rewards
If you’re using the loyalty integration you have 2 options for rewards. Some preparation is required via Tevalis first. Both types can then be configured after clicking a reward and proceeding to the ‘custom attributes’. You can find the options below:
Free item Reward (just one item):
Create a new item in Tevalis that costs zero currency.
Make sure this item has a PLU (Important: the PLU is not the same as the product or item code. It usually needs to be generated manually via Tevalis first!)
In the ‘advanced’ settings of your reward, enter the PLU in the ‘PLU’ field (there can only be one here) and select the reward type: ‘reward’
Discount Reward:
Create a new discount for the desired value in Tevalis.
Set up the conditions for your discount. (Specific items, items groups or maximum discount values)
Ensure this discount has a stock code.
In the ‘advanced’ settings of your reward, enter the stock code in the ‘PLU’ field (there can only be one here) and select the reward type: ‘discount’
